Advantages
this plant is installed with three mixers which can be operated in vacuum condition. It has advantages as follow:
- It is applicable to all kinds of cream, and milk production, etc.
- Vacuum Emulsifying will reduce the bubbles of cream and latex to a minimum, and increase the surface finish.
- As the mixing process is carried out in a vacuum, the materials are avoided to expose to the air, thereby reducing the oxidation process.
- Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer discharges with sterile air pressure to avoid pollution
- It is equipped with vacuum suction, compressed air discharge device,
- It is easy-operation, and time-saving
